Contact form submissions

When you complete the enquiry form, the following is collected: your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc. A Data Processing Agreement is in place. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Cookies & Analytics

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time spent, and general location (country/region level only). No personally identifiable information is collected via analytics.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. These cookies are only placed after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

How long is your data kept?

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, not exceeding 24 months. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (default GA4 setting).

Who is your data shared with?

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. Third parties involved are Formspree (form delivery) and Google (analytics, with consent only).

Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
